Andrew B. Bernhardt. Mr. Bernhardt is the President and Chief Executive Officer and has been with Town Center Bank since the Bank opened in September 2006.  From 2004 to 2006 he worked to organize the Bank, obtain the regulatory approval to open the  Bank and raise the required capital.  Mr. Bernhardt has 39 years of commercial banking, all of which has been for financial institutions in the State of Illinois. He retired as President of NLSB Bank, Plainfield, Illinois, where he served from 2001 to 2004.  Prior to joining NLSB, he served for ten years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Bank Frankfort, a subsidiary of Harris Bank N A.  From 1984 to 1991, Mr Bernhardt worked for Old Kent Bank Chicago.  Mr. Bernhardt is an alumnus of Kent State University Graduate School of Business where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree in finance. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. He served on the Southern Illinois School of Business and Administration Advisory Board from 1992 thru 2000 and the Catholic Charities, Joliet Diocese Corporate Board from 2001 to 2007.

David G. Schnepper. Mr. Schnepper is our Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Schnepper has lived and worked in the Dupage and Will County markets for more than twenty years. Before joining us in 2006, Mr. Schnepper was Vice President, Commercial Banking for Old Second National Bank, Joliet, Illinois, where he started in 2004.  Prior to joining Old Second National Bank, Mr Schnepper was Vice President of Lending for NLSB in Orland Park Illinois. for six years. Prior to that time, Mr Schnepper was Vice President and Acting Senior Lender at Delaware Place Bank in Chicago Illinois:  Vice President, Commercial Banking at First Midwest Bank in Plainfield Illinois:  Vice President-Relationship Manager in the Commercial Loan Department at LaSalle Bank in Lisle Illinois:  a Commercial Loan Officer at Aurora National Bank in Aurora Illinois:  and a Loan Officer at Southwestern Indiana Production Credit Association, a division of Farm Credit Services in Bloomington Indiana.  Mr. Schnepper has a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University.

Kathleen Bentz. Ms Bentz became a Subway franchisee in 1990 and currently owns and operates a umber of Subway restaurants.  She served as Chair of the local Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund for Chicago and Northwest Indiana and is also a charter member of the North Amercian Association of Subway Franchisees.  In 2004, she became the franchisee for Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating for a major portion of the State of Indiana and parts of Ohio and Kentucky.  Ms Bentz began her employment career for Subway I & I Development before becoming a Subway franchisee. Ms. Bentz is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering.

Lino Canalia. Mr. Canalia currently owns and operates the Brian Keith Advertising Agency, the largest specialty advertising firm in the Midwest.   Prior to acquiring the firm in 2000 with his two partners, Mr Canalia was actively employed in the retail advertising business by the Chicago Tribune and, thereafter, by the Brian Keith Advertising Agency.  Mr Canalia has served in numerous senior executive officer capacities at the Brian Keith Advertising Agency, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Canalia is a graduate of University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Paul Chemello . Dr. Chemello is  actively engaged as a family practice physician at Family Health Center in Frankfort, Illinois since 2004.  He is currently Chairman of the Family Practice Department and a member of the Medical Executive Committee of St James Hospital and Medical Center in Olympia Fields Illinois.  He is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and received his medical degree in 1988 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  A Chicago native, he and his wife have resided in Frankfort since 1991.

Peter Feit. Mr. Feit is anindependent trader/investor since 2008.  Prior to that, he was the Managing Member of KC-CO, an options market maker firm on the Chicago Board Options, Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he worked since 1995.  Mr Feit was previously Manager-Head of Listed Trading for S G Warburg PLC.  He is a board member for the Howard Area Community Center and is currently serving as a trustee for the Glenbrook Education Foundation.   He is a graduate of Loyola University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Joseph  Pascale. Mr. Pascale has been general manager of Aurelio’s Pizza in Frankfort Illinois since 1980 and has expanded his holdings to include five Aurelio’s Pizza franchises.  Mr Pascale was a director of Harris Bank Frankfort from 1997 to 2005.  He is a graduate of Rich Central High School in Olympia Fields, Illinois, and attended Prairie State Junior College in Chicago Heights, Illinois, and Riverside Community College in Riverside, California.

Michael D Perry. Mr. Perry is the Chairman and CEO of Residential Title Services Inc and Vanguard Title Serivces Inc, a position that he has held since 2007.Mr Perry is also Chairman and CEO of 21st Century Financial Services which provides customized data processing services for community banks seeking cost-efficient and leading edge technology to better focus on their customers needs.  Previously, Mr Perry owner Positive Connections, a school bus company founded in 1997 that operates in Minnesota and Illinois.  By 2004, Positive Connections grew to generate gross revenues of approximately $31 million.  Mr Perry sold Positive Connections in 2006.  Mr. Perry is a Minneapolis, Minnesota native and attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Tom Riordan. Mr. Riordan is the Managing Member of Riordan and Scully Insurance Service LLC.  Mr Riordan's firm provides all types of insurance and specializes in commercial insurance and surety bonds. He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked for the auditing firm, Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) for four years before joining his family’s insurance business in 1982, which is located in Oak Brook, Illlinois. He is an Illinois native and a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

George Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds is a partner in Desmond and Ahern, LTD., Certified Public Accountants, where he has worked since 1982 and has been a partner since 1989.   Mr Reynolds is responsible for servicing defined contribution and 125 plans for nonprofit, business, and credit union clients.  He also prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates and conducts fraud audits for credit union and corporate clients.  Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Barbara A. Tomczak. Ms. Tomczak is a principal in American Financial Funding Corp, a mortgage brokerage firm, and Excalibur Construction, a residential home construction firm which she founded in 1994.  Ms Tomczak began her career as a mortgage originator in 1983 and started her own new construction sales and marketing business in 1989.  Prior to that she was at Sears Bank and Trust Company where she initially implemented an automated proof transit area.  At Sears, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of the Operations Division, which included Proof Transit, Corporate Financial Services, ACH Service, Customer Service, Lockbox and Transit Analysis.  She began her career in the mid-1970's at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in the item processing area.  Ms. Tomczak earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University and a jurisdoctorate from DePaul University.

Joan Wator. Ms. Wator is a Certified Public Accountant and owns her own accounting practice, Joan C Wator, CPA, where she has worked since 1979.  Before beginning her career in accounting, she worked for McDonald's Corporation and was an examiner with the Illinois Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies.  She has been active with the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and served for one year on the Development Board of the Sisters of St Francis.  She is a graduate of Illinois State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Gino Naughton. Mr. Naughton owns and operates his own legal practice.  He has been an aattorney since 1979 when he began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Cook County States Attorney's Office.  While a prosecutor he worked in the felony trial violent crimes division.  In 1986 he joined the law firm of Edward Vrdolyak where he practiced civil litigation.  Since 2001 he has practiced law in his own firm, the Naughton Law Office.  His offices are located at 194th & Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Illinois and in Chicago, Illinois.  He is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago and Marquette University, where he graduated with honors. He earned his jurisdoctorate from Loyola University.  Mr Naughton is a Frankfort resident and has been actively involved in the community as a coach and a board member with the Frankfort Little League.  He has served as director on several different Boards of Directors.  As a former Chick Evans Scholarship recipient he remains active with the scholarship foundation and has served as President of the Evans Scholar Alumni Association.

Peter Selleck.  After serving as the Chief Executive Officer for 31 years, Mr. Selleck recently retired from Erie Industrial Products, a metal fabricating firm specializing in laser cutting.  Under his leadership the company prospered and grew into a multi million dollar enterprise serving the needs of the Midwest.  Mr Selleck now resides in retirement in Colorado. Mr. Selleck graduated from Central Missouri State University with a bachelor of science in Business.

David Wilson. Mr. Wilson retired from the heating and air conditioning business in 2004 after he sold Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning Co., a Frankfort-based company that he founded and operated for more than forty years.  Since selling his business Mr Wilson has devoted his time to buying and selling real estate properties, and real estate construction and renovation.  Prior to its sale, the business had gross revenues of between $4 and $5 million. In addition to his HVAC business, Mr Wilson was involved in local real estate development activities.  In 1996, he purchased a 26,000 square foot vacant building in Frankfort and rehabiliated it into a shopping center called the Trolley Barn.  The center included a gift shop, and antique mall, a craft mall and ten other small businesses.
