 | | Andrew B. Bernhardt. Mr. Bernhardt is the President and Chief Executive Officer and has been with Town Center Bank since the Bank opened in September 2006. From 2004 to 2006 he worked to organize the Bank, obtain the regulatory approval to open the Bank and raise the required capital. Mr. Bernhardt has 39 years of commercial banking, all of which has been for financial institutions in the State of Illinois. He retired as President of NLSB Bank, Plainfield, Illinois, where he served from 2001 to 2004. Prior to joining NLSB, he served for ten years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Bank Frankfort, a subsidiary of Harris Bank N A. From 1984 to 1991, Mr Bernhardt worked for Old Kent Bank Chicago. Mr. Bernhardt is an alumnus of Kent State University Graduate School of Business where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree in finance. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. In 2004, she became the franchisee for Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating for a major portion of the State of Indiana and parts of Ohio and Kentucky. In 1996, he purchased a 26,000 square foot vacant building in Frankfort and rehabiliated it into a shopping center called the Trolley Barn.
